Pinkve is designed as a cognitive-perception framework with minimal data dependency. Only the data required for functionality, access management and system integrity is processed.

Account Data

To use Pinkve, an account is required. Stored data includes:

• Email address
• Encrypted password
• Subscription status

No additional personal profiling data is collected.

Session Data

Input data is processed only to generate structured outputs. It is not used for profiling, marketing or behavioral analysis. Storage is limited to functional system requirements.

Analytics

Pinkve does not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. Only minimal technical logs are used for stability and security.

Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. Pinkve does not store payment card information.

Security

Data is transmitted securely and handled in accordance with GDPR-aligned and Swiss privacy standards.
